Find Clarity & Relief.
Online therapy for women ready to “unmask,” rediscover themselves, and reclaim their lives.
Grow in self-awareness, and build a less stressful life rooted in authenticity.
You’ve worked hard all your life. Your family and community call you strong, successful, and dependable. You’ve survived some things, worked hard to get where you are in life, and believe deeply in uplifting others. But lately, you’ve felt weary and stuck. You wake up anxious and walk through the day stressed. You feel something may be missing from your life, possibly a piece of the puzzle about you.
For so long, you’ve prioritized a tireless work ethic and deep care for others; it helped mask the inner unrest. Deep down you know how you’re living isn’t sustainable. You’re embodying the cost:
- work is less fulfilling
- home life is uneasy; relationships are stretched thin
- health issues have started to creep in
- overthinking is your toxic best fried
- sleep is complicated
- you feel guilt and shame for saying “no”, even when you don’t feel your best
- it doesn’t feel safe to take a break
You’re ready to take up space differently in this world. Feel lighter. Work smarter and less. Create the life of your dreams. Live authentically. Unapologetically, take good care of yourself.

Hi, I'm LaTasha.

I help women cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves, and build a more liberated life. I meet you where you are on your journey, and practice from an empowerment lens to help you break free of old patterns and limiting beliefs about yourself (and who you should be to others), so you can make more room for rest and play — or to just be.
I am licensed as a LPC in both South Carolina (#5243) and Washington, D.C (PRC20000153). I hold a master’s degree in Counselor Education from the University of South Carolina, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from there, as well. I have worked as both a family and couple’s therapist, and offer that experience to help individuals navigate their identities and heal through the systems we grow through. My work, and my life, are informed by social justice, womanist & feminist theory, and mindfulness-based approaches. My lens is culturally-affirming, strength-based, and trauma-informed.
I believe therapy is a partnership. We work together to help you shift into the less stressful life your heart is calling for. If you’re ready for change and relief — and ready to “work for you,” let’s talk.
You deserve a safe space to breathe — and feel free.
We start with a free 15-minute phone or video consultation. During that time, we'll briefly discuss where you are and where you'd like to go on your journey. I also welcome your questions. If we believe we're a good therapeutic fit, we'll schedule an intake session, where we'll talk history, plan for sessions, and of course, you're welcome to bring more questions. Moving forward, you'll have your own day and time, slotted just for you. Sessions are 45 minutes. To schedule a free consultation, please call 803-200-2333.
